Edenfield Parish Church Junior Choir

Our junior choir consists of a dozen or so young singers of varying abilities - with one thing in common a love of music. In joining the Junior Choir at Edenfield, youngsters play an important part in leading our worship. Our choristers are trained through the RSCM "Voice for Life" training program and get the opportunity to take part in festivals and concerts as part of the Royal School for Church Music. We also hold concerts for festivals ourselves, from Passiontide Services to Songs of Praise, Traditional Christmas Carol Services to more modern pieces for our Young People's Services.

But the majority of our time is devoted to leading Sunday Worship at Edenfield. To join the choir you must be

Aged 8 or over

Be prepared to attend Choir practice every friday for an hour and Sunday Service every week

Have a love of music and a desire to learn.
