We are hoping to provide regular updates and news from MAF, but in the meantime if you would like to know any more about the MAF and its local links with St Andrews, please email Irvin Morris at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

But for now, please find below a brief introduction on the work of the Mission Aviation Fellowship.

MAF is a Christian Charity serving countries with its small aircraft who are in dire need of both spiritual and physical help. It is known throughout the Christian World as The Airline of the Church.

MAF is a dynamic worldwide partnership. Its purpose is to speed physical and spiritual care to people in places of deepest human need. Remote places where flying is not a luxury, but a lifeline.

For over 50 years, MAF planes have been serving countless thousands of men, women and children, bringing medical care, emergency food, and Christian hope. Serving as the air-arm of the church.

Today worldwide, the MAF partnership operates over 130 aircraft from bases in 30 countries.

Every three minutes, an MAF plane is taking off or landing somewhere in the world. Enabling the work of aid and development agencies, missions, national churches and other local groups. Carrying their dedicated teams bringing healing and relief for body, mind and spirit.
